Q1. How can I see your PRICES?

A： To view our prices and shop with us, please contact us email or Trade Manager with the item(s) you like to order and then a reasonable quotation as request would be provided.

Q2. What's your delivery time?

A: For our stock items, after your payment, in 3-7 days we can shipping for you, 3-10 days for normal styles. 

    OEM sample development depends on designs; Samples quantity: 1 piece for normal request.

Q3. Can you do custom logo on the jewelry?

A: Yes,we can do custom logos by engraving, or embroidering.

Q4. How long does it take to get my order after I have paid?
A: Delivery time depends on the method of shipping. We generally ship via DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL, which delivers to you in a very short period. We will provide tracking information to you when 
the order is shipped.

Q5. The item I received is broken. What should I do?
A: Every piece of jewelry is thoroughly inspected before being packed and is carefully packed before we ship it. Please know that once it leaves our factory, we are not in charge of the handling 
through the shipping service and they may handle the package roughly. We will do our best to label the package appropriately to avoid any damage. Please contact us with picture of the damages and 
we will help you to resolve this issue.
