Q5. How long can I get the lab grown diamond?
A: Stones are in stock and will be delivered within 3-5 days.

If there is no stock, the production time is about 5-8 days. It depends on the quantity you ordered.

Q6. How can I confirm the diamond I received is I ordered?

A: We could supply the diamond with IGI certificate, it will have the code on the diamond girdle which is same with the code on certificate.


Q7. What promises can you make if there are any quality problems?

A: Please contact us within a week and attach pictures or videos of damaged products.If the situation is confirmed, we will replace it with new products or refund the money after we receiviced the damaged goods.
